Work process
1. Discuss the details, summarize, and agree on timelines.

** Please consolidate everything into a single file, whether it be in Word, PowerPoint, Pages, Keynote, PDF, or a Google Doc/Google Drive folder.-- If you have a specific timeline in mind, please inform me.
-- In case I haven't received the brief, I can't estimate/confirm the actual cost.2. Provide the cost estimate for each piece of work and the timeframe for delivering the initial sketches.

Send you the sketch, please check if they meet your requirements, focusing on the majority of the image, such as poses, clothing, and accompanying props. Major revisions at sketch stage are allowed for 2 times.**4. Upon approval of the sketche, please make a 50% commission deposit of the full price.5. After receiving the deposit, I'll proceed and provide completed pieces for further review. Minor revisions at completed stage are allowed for 2 times.6. Final approval, settle the remaining 50% commission fee.7. Please do not claim the illustration as your own.
Artist credit [Rosaria] is a must when posting your commissioned art.
If possible, please link back to my Facebook page, VGen, and/or Twitter.
The final work is to be published on my social network by default. If you are against this, please let me know in advance.
I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work.
DO NOT change, modify, edit, or use my works in any way without my permission, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”

To guarantee the total accuracy of your commission request, please make your request concisely worded with minimal abbreviations and/or have visibly clear reference images.
You will then get a reply from me discussing the details (if needed) as well as me confirming your slot.
I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

Commercial Usage Agreement
Commercial usage must be disclosed prior to slot confirmation.
For commercial purposes please inform me when sending a request. The price will be increased 50% from the price on this site [VTubers, Banners, Postcard, Novel cover, and Illustrations for the game are included for commercial use]
If I find out later that you use the personal use image for commercial purposes. You have to pay fines x4 from the commission price.
Scheduling & Deadlines
I usually take up to 3 days to respond to your initial order inquiry.
The commission will be completed within 14-30 days unless agreed otherwise.
You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to slot confirmation.
Due dates are discussed, it is also the client's responsibility to ensure prompt communication. I will not be held responsible for late delivery.
You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.
I accept rush work with an additional fee.
Payment
Payment will be requested after the commission proposal confirmation process has been made. This can be changed upon agreement with the client.
Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.
It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I resume the process. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed.
If payment is not made in a timely manner (48 hours) after I've placed the Invoice, the commission will be canceled.
No refunds once the commission starts.
A refund only be made in case I cannot proceed with the commission for any reason. Other reasons will not be considered as refunds (e.g., disliking commission).
I reserved the right to cancel the commission due to the client’s inappropriate behavior and/or poor communication.
You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, including side accounts.
